Refund Policy 

Cancellation before shipping 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted. Return after shipping then shipping charges also will be deducted and refund will be processed in 7 to 10 working days.

Returned Policy 

All purchased products from Kireva Perfumes can be returned within 7 days of product delivery, items returned can be replaced or refunded International products will not be refunded but can be replaced and all delivery charges will be paid by customer.Returned items should be in original condition (unopened, unused, sealed and in original packaging) we don’t accept used items due to hygiene reasons.
Product an be returned if the product was not what you ordered or product has manufacturing defect.
